This version has People and Projects Functions enabled.

What does the People Function do? You can evaluate contributions by members of your team, classmates, colleagues, friends. So can they. Our algorithm relativises all your scores to derive SQ -- each individuals Social Quotient.

Why is this useful? You can use SQ as a guide to distribute resources or rewards. Future versions will include Invest Function, which does just this.

What does the Projects Function do? You can evaluate how committed or enthusiastic you are about the project you are in.

Why is this useful? So you can get an ongoing feel for the group, and an instant heads up on those who are driving the project, and those who are disillusioned or peripheral.
